My journey has many facets, as an Engineer, a Consultant, an OD practitioner, a Change agent, an Agilist, a Coach. Having accompanied senior leaders and C-suite executives navigating through complex changes, I see the power of self-awakening and therefore self and organizational transformations. Through such transformations, we can together co-create a sustainable future. I therefore dedicate my time to do this meaningful work of fostering authentic, mindful and purposeful way of life.

With over a decade’s experience in business operations and strategy in Fortune 500 organizations, I took on people management responsibility with an inclusive and purpose-driven self-organization style. My current focus is on Organizational Development space: Systemic Consulting & Coaching for individuals, teams and organizations, and supporting the journeys to Next Stage Teal Organizations. I have served various industries incl. industrial goods, manufacturing, automotive, renewable energy, private equity, pharmaceuticals. 

Having worked with many leaders and teams, I’m convinced of the power of “wholeness” in the workplace. This is the first step to bring about real transformations.

Following the flow of my journey, I’m now dedicating part of my energy for the new endeavor: Springbreeze Ventures, focusing on Coaching, Mindfulness and supporting the journeys to Next Stage Teal Organisations.
I’ve spent my professional life in China, UK, Germany and Switzerland, which gave me colourful memories of cultures. I’m also passionate about education and social entrepreneurship, volunteering in various communities . Besides that, I’m a committed meditator, seeking the vast and deep life wisdom from within.
