In this short conversation, I’ve reflected on my turning point of focusing on fostering personal transformation. Indeed my career path is an interesting one, from Industrial Engineering, supply chain management, to the passion of sustainability and the work on creating space for collective intelligence with the first step heart to heart connection.
What I’ve witnessed in the COP15 Copenhagen global environmental conference planted the seed for me to focus on creating trust of dialog. For me, seeing the global scale dialogs missing the deep connection, triggered a fundamental question in me. How do I want to spend my energy making the world a better place?
