I recently met up with a fellow organizational developer, Martin from Berlin, who’s work is very much engaged in fostering self organization for the next stage consciousness. We connected instantly because we both have the passion of this movement. And today, consciously or unconsciously, we engaged in a dialog about organizational transformation and the state of “flow”.
